Your teeth falling out: the fear of losing strength or standing in front of others, of the self you present coming apart in public.
Broken, chipped or crumbling teeth: a word that cracked before it could come out, a bite you swallowed.
Loose teeth: something that hasn't left yet but no longer feels solid. A chapter, a role, a sense of security starting to wobble.

The Jungian view
In analytical psychology, teeth belong to the persona (the face we show the world, the smile that opens doors) and also to the aggressive shadow, which is as necessary as tenderness: teeth bite, defend and draw a line. Losing them in a dream touches on control and loss, but also on transition. Baby teeth fall out to make room for adult ones, and the psyche sometimes repeats that gesture when a way of being has run its course. And because the mouth is where the voice lives, the dream asks about your power to speak: which sentence have you been chewing on without saying it?
