The Self
Dreaming of a labyrinth: meaning and interpretation
The path that folds
An inner search: the center is not outside the enclosure.
Symbolic reading
The labyrinth is not a routing error. It is the shape a question takes when it still admits no shortcut. Each repeated corridor is the ego trying to leave by the same strategy. The center is reached by ceasing to run.
Jungian key
In individuation the way toward the Self seems circular. Getting lost is part of the rite: the useful exit does not return you to the start, but to a new relation with the center.
Stop looking for the back door. The next turn is slower, and that is why it is the true one.
